Agreement to Terms

By engaging Head Rhino Systems for software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Head Rhino Systems provides custom software development services for creative and branding agencies, including but not limited to asset management, client approvals, project tracking, and billing systems.

Project Engagements

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements executed separately from these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, custom software delivered to a client becomes the property of that client upon final payment. Head Rhino Systems retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.

Limitation of Liability

Head Rhino Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
